Our host, researcher, writer and producer, Alex, was born and raised in Aberdeen, Scotland and moved to the US in 2005.

With a background in writing Horror Fiction & Dark Erotica, and a life-long obsession with Serial Killers , other True Crime cases, and the Occult, she decided to blend her passions by starting The Murder Scene and Just...Gone : Missing Persons Cases podcasts where she can still research monsters and write about them, but maybe do a little good at the same time by shedding light on some of these crimes, especially cold case unsolved mysteries.

The case that started her True Crime fanaticism around the age of 10 was The Black Dahlia murder.

Alex is launching a new Occult podcast in June 2025 - OCCULTURE VULTURE - where she'll explore all of the dark, magickal mysteries.
